Garden outdoor area does not seem to be a sales area. More like a decaying museum....no employees, almost no prices available, dirty. The main info shrugs and says "no employees". I heard similar things weeks ago.... Conclusion: I received no help. I am now buying elsewhere, it will surely be cheaper even if the distance is longer.

Has deteriorated significantly, assortment is incomplete and what is available is offered at inflated prices. One has to wonder why no one goes there anymore and prefers to visit the competition online. Additionally, one saves on fuel costs.

Mostly motivated staff, wide range. Unfortunately, the quality has dropped with the wood prices. The cutting costs extra and can only do basic cuts. I now buy wood directly from the factory, it's cheaper.

Normal Obi, everything is fine. It was not overcrowded. There were also sufficient parking spaces. Otherwise the usual selection. We were able to find everything we were looking for.
